Learn more about the towable hotbox hire process

If you'd like to know more about our towable hotboxes you can browse the FAQs below or speak to our expert team today.

01 What is the towable hotbox hire process like for new customers?

If you’ve not hired with us before at Chippindale, we always focus on making the process as simple for you as possible. Simply select “Add To Quote Form” next to any of our towable hotboxes, or any machinery, and we will get in touch. If you’d prefer to call us directly, that's no problem at all, or pop down to one of our depots that are open between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our friendly team will be waiting with a cuppa and proper biscuit!

From here, you’ll speak to one of our expert team, who will help get the process started. Whether you know exactly what you want to hire, or would like some guidance on the right towable hotbox hire for you, we can help. If there is any other plant hire machinery you need, we can also arrange this and put together a hire plan for you. Then, the account setup can begin:

You’ll fill out a new customer form and provide your hired-in plant insurance. If you don’t already have cover don’t worry, we can arrange this for you at an additional 20% charge.

We will then assign you with an account manager who will be your point of contact throughout the towable hotbox hire process, there to answer any questions, whether it’s a quick phone call or you’d like a site visit.

When the arranged hire date arrives, our team will deliver your towable hotbox, along with any other machinery you’re hiring, directly to site. An engineer will also attend to ensure you’re cooking with gas before we leave the site.

During the hire, if you’d like us to send live-hire reports and invoicing information, this can easily be arranged for you.

Once you’ve finished with the towable hotbox, simply give us a call, we will pause all charges and collect the machinery as soon as possible. We understand it’s normal for projects to run over, which is why we don’t set end dates, you can simply keep it for as long as you need. We then hope to work with you again in the future!
